Absolvent Process Manager (M/F/D)
Munich
Your Challenges
We are looking for a dedicated person who will play a central role in our company as a specialist for our back office and as a "communication interface" for the Leadership Team.
Your tasks will be various:
Back Office Communication Interface:
Be it creating reports, PowerPoint presentations, optimizing processes, managing and driving internal projects, and working closely with management. As a linchpin, you keep the threads together in the background.
Digitalization & Innovation:
We work digitally! Here, our systems must not only run but also evolve. Therefore, you will also support us in operating and further developing our SharePoint Online platform, creating and optimizing our dashboards. Furthermore, knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Internal Recruiting:
You will have an overview of the recruiting channels, support selecting suitable candidates, conduct initial interviews with applicants, and coordinate applicant management.
Stakeholder Management:
Since we also operate internationally in addition to our locations in Munich and Frankfurt, ensuring the flow of information within the group is all the more important. In doing so, you will ensure that the right stakeholders come together, prepare information as needed, and drive processes and issues internally.
Contract management:
You provide support in tender management, in the preparation of our offers, as well as contract documents. You will ensure that all information and documents are available on time and prepared in a professional layout.
Reporting & Documentation:
You create accurate and meaningful reports and evaluations, providing our management with another basis for important decisions.
Process optimization:
As a growing company, we are always interested in improving and expanding our knowledge. Through your diverse tasks, you will have insight into our most important processes and the opportunity to improve them so we can work more efficiently.
