Your Challenges
The activities that await you in our back office are as varied and diverse as our consulting projects. We are therefore looking for a trustworthy person with a high sense of responsibility.
Your challenges:
- Preparation and Validation of invoices in a timely manner and clarifying requests with our clients
- Monitoring and validation of accounts payable including regular reconciliations of vendor statements
- Review and approval of travel expenses
- Preparation of travel expenses for the accounting team
- Creation of meaningful financial reports and evaluations on costs and revenue
- Completion of administrative tasks such as authority notifications (e.g. IHK, VBG, AWV Z4, etc.)
- Support with process optimization
Your Profile
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or academic degree with a focus on finance, business administration or a similar
Relevant working experience in one or more of the topics mentioned above
Ideally first experiences in Finance or related topics
Structured, target- and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Very good communication skills and a high extent of proactivity and sense of responsibility
You have relevant knowledge of common Office tools and are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
